A Message of Gratitude to the Village of Wardsville

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Village of Wardsville Community. Over the past two years, I have had the privilege of serving in my current role. This position has proven both rewarding and challenging, offering me the chance to grow and learn every single day. There is always something new happening, keeping me engaged and committed to doing my best for our community.

I want to acknowledge that I could never attempt to fill the shoes of Shirley Stockman. Shirley was truly the heart and soul of the Village of Wardsville, having grown alongside it and shaped its progress over the years. She was one of a kind, and her contributions will always be remembered.

Thank you all for your kindness and patience, especially during the moments when I have had to say, "Let me check, I'll get back to you." Your understanding has made my transition and daily responsibilities far more manageable, and I am sincerely grateful for your ongoing support.

Words cannot adquately express how much it means to work with---and for---the Village Board of Trustees. It is truly a privilege to have their trust as we strive to move the Village of Wardsville forward, particularly as we continue to embrace advancements in technology and move further into the electronic age. I ask for your continued patience as we navigate these changes together.

Once again, thank you all. I felt it was important to share this message with everyone who has witnessed both the struggles and the growth we have experienced. Your support has made a significant difference, and I am grateful to be part of such a wonderful community...
